HDF Running
OK, here my small tutorial to get your HDF hardfile running on your A500.
The HDF hardfile will be read & write so Workbench works.
The cropped screen was fixed, thanks Perifractic for the tips.
Let's go...
1. Put the THEA500 WHDLoad package on your USB stick (use the version from Retrogames, because that has the info of the bonusgame in the whdload_db.xml).
2. Put the Bonus USB games pack with Citadel on your USB stick.
3. Put your hardfile on the USB stick. You can create one with WinUAE on your PC.
4. Download my UAE config file from https://t.ly/AGsf
5. Copy my UAE config file to your USB stick. The *_ol.uae needs to be in the directory together with the Citadel_v1.3.lha game.
5. Load the game in you A500, the Amiberry configuration menu will now show.
6. Go to Hard drives/CD and delete every device (use a USB keyboard to navigate).
7. Choose Add Hardfile and change the path to mnt (this is your USB stick) and navigate to your hardfile.
8. Press OK and the chosen hardfile will become DH0:
8a. If you wish you can make a folder on your USB stick with Amiga software and add it. This will become DH1:
9. Press Esc on your USB keyboard to run the hardfile.
10. Press Home on your joypad and make a savepoint.
11. Now you can use the savepoint to start your hardfile. The Amiberry configuration menu will show up everytime, but just press Esc on your USB keyboard.
If you would like to enter the Amiberry configuration when you are in emulation press F12.
Please feel free to comment if you have issues or when you have additions or inventions.

Nie mam tego softu, a to co jest podlinkowane nie jest standalone do uruchomienia.
Co do demek to sprawdzilem chyba najbardziej wymagajace dema na A1200 i wszystkie sie uruchamiaja i chodza plynnie. Porownywałem sie do tego co znalazlem na youtubie w kombinacji A1200 + Blizzard 1260 66Mhz

O dokładnie to mam na myśli, na początku odpalania systemu taki miszmasz na filmiku około 0:32.

Tak to wygląda na Amidze.
Chyba podpiętej pod LCD z dziwnie rozciągniętym ekranem :).
Rozdzielczość natywna Amigi to można powiedzieć że 640x512, w powiększeniu do 1280x1024 daje normalne parametry piksela, który zawsze ma ten sam rozmiar i nie ma przekłamań.
Tak to wygląda u mnie pod WinUAE:

Skonfiguruj sobie Amiberry tak jak chcesz.
O jaki piksele ci chodzi. Bo kwadratowe piksele są dostępne w rozdzialce 640x512.
Jeśli nie pasuje Ci obraz panoramiczny ustaw sobie w TV rozmiar 4:3

Zawsze może być lepiej, ale wtedy wymagana jest karta graficzna, szybszy procek, więcej pamięci.
No ja mam na WinUAE ustawiony konfig 68020 AGA 8MB FAST i obraz takiej jakości jak kiedyś na CRT, czyli każdy piksel jest proporcjonalny tak jak w oryginale.
Od początku zabawy z Amigą od 1994 roku, zachwycałem się WB z MWB, wszystko wyglądało pięknie. Gdy po latach próbowałem wrócić to do zakupionej A1200 dokupiłem monitor Pal CRT, nie podpinałem pod TV LCD 40" bo to się mijało z celem.
Gdy widzę dzisiaj takie porozciągane piksele, to serce mi się kraje. To jest nieestetyczne i zakłamuje piękność Workbencha :)

Kurcze, na materiale z yt jest inna tapeta pod WB, jest gradient na tapecie który się zniekształcił (tak samo jak fonty), z powodu przeskalowania tego oryginalnego obrazu z 640x256 na rozdziałkę z TV + to co zrobił UAE.
To wygląda brzydko, i prezentuje AmigaOS (Workbench) w dupiaty sposób. Tylko o to mi chodzi. I da się to zrobić lepiej, jak pokazałem na zrzucie swojego WB spod WinUAE.

Trzeba było przeczytać plik Release setup and info readme.txt
